According to Circle Surrogates, Surrogacy is a method of assisted reproduction that helps intended parents start or grow families when they can’t do so on their own. People who wanted to be parents considered surrogacy to finally have their own child. In the Philippines, one person instantly comes to mind when we hear the word surrogacy and that is the “Lord of Scents” himself, Joel Cruz.
This year, Joel Cruz welcomed his third set of twins born in Russia on May 25, 2017. On the photo he posted on his Instagram, he appears to have a new-father glow to him as he posed with both the surrogate and biological mothers of his newborns. He is seen happily posing with the mothers, Olesia and Lilia. The fragrance mogul named the twins Prince Charles and Princess Charlotte.
The twins are the newest member of the growing family of Cruz. Apparently, he has a pair of twin children, namely Prince Sean and Princess Synne, and Prince Harry and Prince Harvey. All of Cruz’s twins were conceived through in-vitro fertilization and were birthed by the same surrogate mother.
Last August, Cruz brought home his seventh child, Zeid, from Moscow. And recently, Joel Cruz again shared a photo of his eight children who was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. Two babies born this year.
Cruz is the president and chief executive officer of the perfume brand Aficionado.
